Street-Food Portfolio a new free guide by the Llano Del Rio Collective

Los Angeles is an unequal city of work. Work, most of us have to do it, but the nature of Angelinos’ work is differentiated by the diverse industries and services coloring our immense landscape. Street-food however makes us common; standing on a corner together, delighting in low-cost cuisine, bathed in the city’s cool night air. Llano Del Rio’s new Street-Food Portfolio doesn’t represent the totality of LA’s street-food scene, but provides a view of it. This Risograph booklet of drawings, interviews and writing illustrates a perspective of the precarious churrero’s, taceros, and fruteros whose labor feed the city. It is the 8^th Llano Del Rio guide.
